Mental Health
Counseling
We are able to provide Mental Health Support for families, youth, and those who a grieving for loved ones they have lost through senseless gun violence.
HIV Health
Services
We numerous host awareness campaigns to increase access to needed resources by individuals experiencing HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, or other STIs, and to decrease the transmission of such infections within the community.
Michael Hines Saturday Academy
Affords youth the opportunity to develop positive relationships with peers, older youth, adults, and prospective mentors. Through offering young people academic enrichment, creative arts activities, speaking engagements, physical activities, and cultural trips.
Fatherhood & Mentoring
The Fatherhood program allows for a safe place for Fathers to meet and discuss issues such, as Child Support, Marriage, interpersonal relationships and coping skills.
Covid-19 Disparities Grant
The goal of the (CDG) is to support community-based organizations (CBOs) with deep neighborhood knowledge to build up local CHW teams in NYC neighborhoods most impacted by COVID-19 and long-standing racial/ethnic inequities to increase access to COVID-19 services and improve overall health.
Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do instruction has been proven to improve discipline, self regulation, and focus. For many of the vulnerable youth CFLC serves, this leads to improved classroom behavior and academic outcomes.
